We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with Products and store tags attached.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS To ensure product integrity, health, and hygiene, the following items are FINAL SALE and NON-RETURNABLE: Socks, Underwear, 3-Pack T-Shirt or Tank-tops, Hats, Gloves, Scarfs, Swimwear, Hair-gel, Cologne/Perfume, Watches,make-up, Lingerie and body jewelry,ELECTRONIC. diapering accessories, diaper bags, diapers, diaper pails & pregnancy pillows, potty seats, gliders, feeding accessories, bottles, breast pumps, wipes, thermometers, pacifiers, bathing accessories, lotions, powders, fabric, food, formula products, underwear, books or personalized items, any items requiring assembly that have been assembled, any additional items marked specifically as non-returnable or any other items that could be considered as unsanitary.
When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer Shoe box, then inside of a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer shoe box, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and shoe box are undamaged. Fragrances may only be returned if they are still sealed in their original packaging.
REFUSED PACKAGES & UNDELIVERABLE SHIPPING ADDRESS AND FREE SHIPPING
If you refuse a delivery or provide an incorrect delivery address, you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways. Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only. You will NOT be reimbursed for the shipping charges. For orders shipped FREE a return shipping, handling, & restocking fee of $10 will be deducted.
To send an item back to us, please enclose the SANDYS-OUTLET.COM invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as SANDYS-OUTLET.COM cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your Refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable. and charge original price 20% to 50% handling & restocking fee .
